Vektra ERP — Production Management

Challenge

Production planning ran on Excel files and phone calls. No cross-factory stock visibility meant double orders; late plan changes meant waste and overtime. Two off-the-shelf ERPs had already been rejected by the teams.

Solution

Before writing code we spent three weeks on the factory floor. Then: production order → workstation → operator flows in one data model, a tablet UI for the shop floor (two-tap data entry), a real-time production board with bottleneck alerts, two-way accounting/e-invoice integration — and a module-by-module rollout with zero production downtime.

Results

Waste down 27% in the first full year; weekly planning from 3 days to 4 hours; 96% daily active usage — software written for the floor, not for reports.
