Nova Finans — a licensed fintech out to break the clunky mobile banking experience for digital natives aged 22–40.

Challenge

The brief was clear: "Reduce banking to three taps." That simplicity had to coexist with strict regulation, end-to-end security and a real-time transaction backbone — launching on both platforms within six months.

Solution

One Flutter codebase for both stores, biometric authentication with device pairing, certificate pinning, WebSocket-driven instant balance updates and a spending insight engine. A "quiet interface" design: one primary action per screen.

250,000+ downloads, a 4.8 rating and 62% monthly active usage — double the industry average.
